At Mayshowa, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a collective effort driven by our people. We are excited to announce the successful completion of our internal Textile Recycling Programme, where our team members gathered 114.71 kg of used clothing and textiles.

Textile waste is one of the fastest-growing contributors to landfills globally. By collecting wearable and reusable garments directly from our staff, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint and promote a circular mindset both at work and at home.

All collected items were delivered to In-House JKAKS, the official recycling center managed by Majlis Pembandaran Shah Alam (MBSA). Through this partnership, the textiles will be responsibly sorted, repurposed, or recycled, keeping valuable materials out of local waste streams.

This milestone is a testament to what small, intentional actions can achieve when a team comes together. A heartfelt thank you goes out to every employee who contributed to making this campaign a success!
